Mindful Sex: Presence in Pleasure
Your personal roadmap to deepening your intimate relationships.
Please join us for this 3-week series on being more mindful in our intimacy, where we will cover a series of meditations, breathe work, pleasure mapping exercises, and more. We use mindfulness in sex therapy to help clients explore, discover, and communicate needs and desires. Learn how mindfulness can benefit relational intimacy and ways you can become more present in your love, improve communication, and build intimacy. Mindfulness also helps us to regulate our mood, manage distractions, and to deepen our presence in the moment. Being more present allows us to be more in tune with the sensations in our body, which can lead to more pleasure and more connection.
