Alesha Boulton | LPC – Associate
I strive to create an authentic, accepting, and open environment for you to feel completely safe and supported. I work with adult individuals and couples. I have over eight years of experience, working with diverse populations in a variety of settings. I am open to constructive feedback and want to know what is working for you and what aspects and approaches haven’t served you in the past.
I utilize a variety of techniques in order to meet you where you are and personalize care for your needs. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, life transitions, chronic diagnoses, and relationship problems. My role as a therapist is to collaborate with, support, understand, and encourage my clients to realize their purpose and worth. Together we will process what you’re going through, analyze patterns, create goals and objectives, and work towards growth. I am honored and humbled to share this journey of healing with my clients.
