You Are Not Alone

Our country is experiencing some very difficult times. It is not a coincidence that we’re seeing protests against racism during a pandemic, which places a disproportionate burden of COVID-19 on Black communities. Health professionals all over the country are in support of the protests against systemic racism. These are ongoing situations that have led to increased anxiety and depression for many of us. Therapy sessions via telehealth are a way to talk about what is happening in your life, and to get support for living the best and healthiest life you can, no matter what battles you are facing.
