People who identify as Asexual – also known as “Ace” or “Aces” are shown some love this week. Asexuality is an umbrella term and exists on a spectrum for people who may have little interest in having sex, even though most desire emotionally intimate relationships. Within the ace community, there are many ways to identify. The critical takeaway here is that we are all different; no one approaches sexual intimacy or experiences it in the same way. Please consider embracing the diversity of others so that we may embrace our own.
